A typical doctor’s appointment lasts around 15 minutes, often leaving you feeling unheard and without enough time to fully address your symptoms.

When working with me, we’ll take the time needed to thoroughly explore your concerns, find the best ways to support your symptoms and prevent them from worsening.

I’ll look at you as a whole person with a science-based approach, considering your dietary habits, emotional well-being, and physical health to create a personalized plan tailored specifically for you.

If you feel like you’re doing “everything right” but still not seeing results - this session is designed to give you clarity, direction, and a structured plan tailored to you.

1. Initial Deep-Dive Consultation (up to 90 minutes)

A comprehensive session where we explore:

After our session, I will create a tailored plan for you, including:

You will also receive up to 3 personalised handouts relevant to your case (e.g. gut health, hormone balance, anti-inflammatory support).

3. Ongoing Support (2 weeks)

You’ll have direct support from me during the first 2 weeks:
   •    Questions & guidance via message
   •    Adjustments if needed
   •    Support within your daily routine

4. Mini Check-In (after 2 weeks – 15–20 min)

A short check-in to:
   •    Review how you’re feeling
   •    Adjust small details if needed
   •    Keep you on track without overwhelm

5. Follow-Up Session (after 4 weeks – 45–60 min)

We reconnect to:
   •    Review your progress
   •    Track improvements in symptoms
   •    Refine your plan
   •    Decide on next steps or continuation

Tailored Test Options

  • Whether it’s hormonal analysis, measuring fatty acid levels ratio, comprehensive gut health testing, or DNA insights, we’ll select the test that’s most suited to your condition. 

  • Testing prices starts from €200.

  • If needed, I can also refer you to your doctor for certain tests, providing a more budget-conscious option while still gaining valuable insights

Once the results are received:

  • I’ll provide a detailed interpretation free of charge.

  • Together, we’ll design the next personalized steps toward better health and well-being.

Building your health is like constructing a strong, durable house.

Each part - from the foundation to the roof - represents an essential

element of your well-being, from nutrition to emotional health.

Every phase contributes to stability and resilience.

That’s why this program is structured into three clear

phases to help you achieve YOUR goals!

1st MONTH: Laying the Foundation

In this phase, we address your primary symptoms, building the foundation of your health journey. During our 75-minute initial consultation, we’ll:

  • Explore the root causes of your symptoms.

  • Investigate your body’s synergy and identify challenges.

  • Discuss the need for additional tests if required.
    Please bring any recent blood work, relevant test results, a list of current medications, 3-day diet diary, and supplements for review.

2nd MONTH: Strengthening the Walls

We’ll build on the progress made in the first month. If tests were conducted, I’ll carefully analyse the results and refine your nutrition plan to maximize effectiveness.

  • Bi-weekly check-ins ensure consistent progress.

  • Two 45-minute follow-up sessions each month help address new challenges.
    Like reinforcing the walls of a house, we’ll address difficulties from the first phase and implement the next steps to prepare for the final stage.

3rd MONTH: Adding the Roof

In the final month, we reflect on your journey and evaluate the challenges overcome. We’ll address any remaining symptoms and solidify your health foundation.

  • A final 45-minute follow-up session will conclude this phase.

  • A tailored maintenance plan ensures you’re equipped to sustain your progress.
    We’ll celebrate your achievements and provide you with the tools to continue your healthy lifestyle independently.

For conditions requiring extended support beyond three months, I’ll offer tailored options for continuing the program.

This program is for individuals ready to take an active role in their health journey. 

I’ll provide the guidance, tools, and support you need, but your commitment and effort are essential for success!
